As 2022 draws to a close, I often find it's is a good time for reflection. I hope your year has been successful, but if not, I hope there are lessons and moments you can take into 2023 as a stronger person. 


As I reflect on this year, I’m so grateful for your continued support in the work that I enjoy, and having some beautiful moments with friends and family, such as working at Glastonbury festival and climbing Everest base camp, as well as the simple things in life like babysitting my niece and nephew. I hope this final episode of It's Your Hormones! podcast helps you to stay healthy at Christmas, reflect positively and set the tone for going into 2023. 


Once again, thank you for your continued support, and I hope I can continue to be helpful to you in 2023.
