DIM is a supplement I use a lot with my patients. DIM stands for Diindolylmethane, which is a compound derived from the digestion of indole-3-carbinol (I3C), found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. It is known for its ability to influence oestrogen metabolism. It can help regulate the balance between different forms of oestrogen in the body, promoting a healthier oestrogen profile. Find out why I use it with my patients in this video.
